Maintenance Service Requests

Routine requests and those requesting to be scheduled in will be done within two weeks of the request. You will be notified if the request will take longer to complete due to other projects or materials needed for the job. Urgent requests will be done within 1-3 days of the request depending on severity. *If emergency repair is needed please contact Juan Galindo @ 208-319-6978 in addition to submitting the maintenance request*
